If you have activated Third-Party Triage, the feature will activate in the following scenarios:
If All Appointments Are Booked
If the patient attempts to book an appointment via the myGP app, however, all appointments are fully booked, then they will receive a triage option.
If No Appointments Are Available
If the patient attempts to book an appointment via the myGP app, however, there are no appointments available to book, then they will receive a triage option.
