Once an appointment is cancelled by a patient, it is cancelled within seconds on your clinical system.

This is then available to book immediately by your staff. The appointment will be available to book within myGP after the next sync.

TOP TIP: Search for “Sync” in the FAQ to check the sync times for your clinical system.
