If the Repeat Prescriptions option is enabled within myGP Triage, the patient will have the option to contact the practice via online services on several different subjects.

If a patient chooses the Repeat Prescriptions triage option, they will be brought to the following screens to complete request:

This will then send the request forward to the practice via assigned email.

Please Note: the average time to deal with this type of request is 2 days.
