If a patient has replied back Cancel, and it has not automatically cancelled the appointment on your system, here are some possible reasons:

  • The patient could have a Duplicate number
  • A double appointment has been booked, and therefore appointment will have to be cancelled manually (the Summary Report will notify in this scenario)
  • 2 texts coming in within 48 hours of each other.
