If a Trigger Word you have included in a patient message has not coded back to your clinical system after the patient has responded, please check the following:
- How was the Trigger Word written in the patient response? (if it was spelt incorrectly, e.g. with a full stop, it will effect the coding)
- Did your message Template have the correct Trigger Word linked? (click here on how to check this)
- Does the Trigger Word have the correct clinical code attached? (click here on how to check this)
- Is the Trigger Word shown as active? (it might have expired, please check the Trigger Word status)
