Patient Experience
How does Triage work as a patient user experience:
Before the patient starts the online journey, you can set a welcome message for them.
One is pre-populated for you, however you can change this to what you want.
- Simply go to Settings>myGP Triage
- Find the Customisation tab
- Enter your message and click Update
Your message will then be displayed to the patient before they start their online journey.
